The BHV Board of Trustees has proposed several amendments to the Village Charter to bring it into compliance with changes in election and other applicable law.  The text of these amendments is printed on this website under the "Village Charter" title on the right side of the homepage.  Public comment may be directed to the Trustees in writing (c/o Village Hall, P.O. Box 7554, Ann Arbor MI 48107 or bhvclerk@comcast.net) or verbally by attending the regular Board meetings on the second Monday of each month.  The proposed amendments will be put to the electors of the Village at the September 15, 2009 election.
