MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING

TRUSTEES OF BARTON HILLS VILLAGE

July 11, 2016

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President Boddie at 6:30 PM at the Village Hall.

ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Benson, Boddie, Borel, Butterwick, Izenberg, Langford and MacKrell. Absent: Trustees Al-Awar and van der Velde.
Others attending: Atty. Munzel, ZA Perry, Supt. Esch, Asst. Supt. Hnatow, Asst. Treas. King, two project representatives and one resident.

WALL PERMIT Application for construction of retaining/landscape walls at 304 Juniper Lane:
--The project was presented by Zoning Administrator Perry.
--The Public Hearing was convened at 6:33 PM. There being no written comment received and no verbal comment, the hearing was closed at 6:34 PM.

--Based on the information submitted, a permit to construct retaining/landscape walls at 304 Juniper Lane was approved.

PUBLIC COMMENT One resident asked for an update on the potential sale of BHV property on the corner of Country Club and Forest Roads. Board response was that the potential buyer never responded so no sale was made; further, if any sale is being considered in the future, the Board will notify the neighbors.

FINANCE/FINANCE COMMITTEE The Cash Balances report was distributed.  The Cash Disbursements for June 2016 were approved as printed (Aux. Book XXIII E(5)). (Langford/MacKrell/P)

MINUTES Minutes of the June 13, 2016 Trustees meeting will be considered at the next meeting.
